Please Note: Morgan Travel Limited t/a First Event is at all times acting as an agent on behalf of The British Tinnitus Association, when making sales of tickets to the The British Tinnitus Association 2020. This means that your contract for the provision of a ticket to the The British Tinnitus Association 2020 will be with The British Tinnitus Association. As your contract will be with The British Tinnitus Association, we accept no liability in relation to this contract, for the ticket you have purchased or for the acts or omissions of The British Tinnitus Association.
Attending the event:
Programme changes:
• It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers, the date at any time prior to the event date.
Event materials:
• In most circumstances, event materials will be issued on the day of the session. These materials are made available only to those attending the event.
• Materials are provided for the sole use of the delegate and may not be reproduced whether in whole or part, shared or distributed by any method whatsoever without prior permission of the copyright owner.
• External speakers alone are responsible for the content of their respective sessions.
• Event attendees will have access to all available conference materials up to 12 months after the event takes place.
After the event:
• Following the event, delegates should expect to receive an email asking them to complete a feedback form online. We would ask that this is completed and returned to us within seven days to allow BTA to continue to improve and tailor future events more closely to your requirements.
Booking confirmation:
• Booking confirmations will be sent via email and should be received shortly after booking. If you have not received an email confirmation within 24 hours of making your booking please contact btaconference@firstevent.co.uk
Payment terms and discounts:
• Credit card payments must be made at the time of booking.
• Bookings made via invoice, must provide a valid purchase order (if required) within ten working days of making the booking.
• At the point of booking any discount offered applies to the person attending the event. Substitutes are welcome however, if they are not entitled to the discount, the appropriate additional charge will be incurred.
Transfers:
• If the booker is no longer able to attend the event, the event place can be transferred free of charge.
• All transfers must be made in writing to events@tinnitus.org.uk including details of the new attendee.
Cancellations:
• All cancellations must be made in writing to events@tinnitus.org.uk
• Attendees have 24 hours after making a booking to cancel their place free of charge
• Cancellation within 30 days of the event 50% per ticket cost will be charged.
• Cancellation within 10 days of the event 75% per ticket cost will be charged.
• Cancellation less than 10 days of the event 100% per ticket cost will be charged.
